A part-time professional English course takes place 3 days per week and students can choose the days they want to attend*. The course is currently running from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. The flexible nature of this course means it is ideal for workers or students who have limited time or other commitments. *There is a 15 minute break in each lesson so the number of taught hours per week is 8 hours and 15 minutes.
A full-time professional English course at Speak Up London is 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day*. The course is currently running from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. *There is a 15 minute break in each lesson so the number of taught hours per week is 8 hours and 15 minutes.
Our Professional English course
This course is not your typical Business English course, it is a little bit different from what you find at other language schools. At Speak Up London our Professional English course doesn’t simply throw a lot of vocabulary at you, but actually teaches you professional skills, which you will use in the working environment. This course covers different topics over a period of 12 weeks such as how to create a CV and cover letter for your job application, how to impress at the job interview, writing high-quality emails, making/receiving phone calls in a professional manner and we will help you improve your negotiation skills in English.
Finally, we will also teach you how to give a good presentation to your boss, colleagues and customers so that you can feel self-confident in different aspects of using English at work.
